SCRUBBER SYSTEM
The Scrubber system is designed to discharge the fumes generated from the Common Melting Furnace Section through ducts by means of Air Blower and discharged in the open atmosphere
Enviro Chem Engineers & Consultants India Pvt. Ltd. is in a position to treat the fumes generated from the process area through Wet Scrubber System and meeting the standards by providing Hood manufactured in FRP with required supports and Accessories. The Types of Scrubber that we install to our Clients are:
- Packed Bed Wet Scrubber
COMMON FEATURES
Air/Gas Pollutants Removed:
- Sulfur Compounds (Hydrogen Sulfide: H2S, Sulfur Oxides: SO2, SO3 and SO4)
- Other Water or Chemically Soluble Pollutants
Common Scrubbing Liquids:
- Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH).
- Sulfuric Acid (H2SO4) and other acids.
DUST COLLECTOR
Dust Collectors are a type of inertial separator that separates dust from a gas stream through centrifugal force.
Enviro Chem Engineers & Consultants India Pvt. Ltd. is in a position to provide supply of equipment to meet the standards by proper operation of Dust Collector. The various types of Dust Collectors we install to our Clients are:
- Inertial Separators
- Fabric Filters
- Unit Collectors
Features:
- Dust Collectors are often used in woodworking, pulp and paper, shot blasting, mills, grain and agriculture, recycling plants, and many other industries, especially when particles are over 20 microns in size.
- Dust Collectors are often used as pre-cleaners before bag houses
CYCLONE SEPARATOR
Cyclone separators work much like a centrifuge, but with a continuous feed of dirty air.
Enviro Chem Engineers & Consultants India Pvt. Ltd. is in a position to provide supply of Equipment to meet the standards by providing a dirty flue gas fed into a chamber and a spiral vortex inside of the chamber.
- The lighter components of this gas have less inertia, so it is easier for them to be influenced by the vortex and travel up it.
Features:
- Most Cyclone Separators are built to control and remove particulate matter that is larger than 10 micrometers in diameter.
- High efficiency Cyclone Separators are designed to be effective on particles as small as 2.5 micrometers.
